CASTING CALL – Grassroots Audio Drama

Location: Glasgow Caledonian University Studio
Compensation: Unpaid (credited role, studio-quality voice reel material, flexible schedule, and potential for future episodes)

Producing a pilot episode of a new Scottish audio drama called Grassroots — a gritty, hilarious story set in Glasgow’s amateur football scene. Think Still Game meets The Inbetweeners.

Recording will take place in the professional studio at GCU, and Scottish voice actors are required to bring the characters to life.

Roles Available (Scottish accents, one English accent):
George (40s) – gruff, raging football coach
Ethan (12) – cheeky, sharp-witted son
Lisa (30s) – dry, grounded partner
Luke (40s) – lovable idiot, always late
Dwayne (12) – comic relief, ginger, full of bravado
Craig (13) – school bully
Christopher (12) – new kid, English accent
Supporting roles: Emma, Mikey, Charles, Davie

No experience needed — just enthusiasm and a Scottish accent.
