Synopsis:
Kyle is a man who becomes inspired to dress in 1940s and 1950s clothing after watching a classic Hollywood film. He goes out seeking love and attention by embodying these character stereotypes. Running into a girl, Zara, multiple times, he tries to win her over as a posh 50s gentleman and a greaser. As she rejects all his advances, he must come to terms with the reality that being his authentic self is okay.

Roles

Kyle – Main character (Male – Age early 20s)
Falls in love with the classic Hollywood aesthetic and plays a character for attention, slowly feeling that being just himself is also not such a bad thing.

Zara – Supporting role (Female – Age early 20s)
Zara stands her ground and doesn’t fall for Kyle’s attempted manipulation, and loves meeting up with her friend Hannah.

Hannah – Supporting role (Female – Age early 20s)
Zara’s best friend whom she shares everything with and will also let people know her true feelings about them. Encouraging change in Kyle’s behaviour.
