The Painter

A perfectionist painter is commissioned by an eccentric producer to do a series of alien-themed signs for a talent show, but as they struggle to live up to their own high standards under such a bizarre request, they find themselves overwhelmed by the stress of the ever-approaching deadline.

An eccentric self-centred producer of a talent show, who is demanding that the show caters to their special interest in aliens. They are hard to read and often rude, they're not really interested in what other people have to say and would prefer to talk about their most recent niche obsession..

A well-meaning, sweet, supportive mother having a quick catch-up over the phone with their child, who has recently moved away from home.
