Synopsis
An enthusiastic estate agent scouts a house about to go on the market. Upon meeting the owner, boundaries begin to blur as personal history surfaces — history she would rather leave behind.

Roles

Male (25–40)
A slick, overly confident estate agent. Oblivious to emotional undercurrents and focused on “the sale.”

Female (25–40)
A guarded mother selling her home. Closed-off, carrying unresolved elements of her past.
