Synopsis
Hazel, a young woman, returns to her childhood home after her experience in adulthood has left her feeling defeated. She teams up with her mother on a make-believe quest to recover her childhood imagination, stolen by a mysterious creature. The journey forces Hazel to rediscover imagination and shine a brighter perspective on adulthood.
The film explores the idea that growing up does not mean abandoning imagination, and that embracing it is not a failure of adulthood, but a way to survive it.
