Synopsis
An overachieving workaholic loses his job, forcing him to couch hop at several friends’ and family members’ homes. Through experiencing other people’s lives, he learns to move past his pride and stubbornness, allowing him to live in the moment and reconnect with his childhood best friend.

Main Roles (Speaking)
Nick
Playing Age: 18–25
An overachieving workaholic who was recently let go from his job as a financial advisor. During childhood, Nick was best friends with James, but their friendship faded as Nick became more focused on work.
James
Playing Age: 18–25
Nick’s childhood best friend. Working class and currently attending university, James is far less work-oriented than Nick.
Supporting Role (Speaking)
Girl at Party
Playing Age: 18–25
A partygoer who takes an interest in Nick and begins flirting with him. Applicants should be comfortable with light flirting on screen (for example, casual physical gestures such as a hand on the knee).
Background Artists (Non-Speaking)
Friends and family members (all genders welcome).
