URGENT CASTING CALL!!

Description

Urgently looking for performers for a charity film shooting in the Portsmouth area.

Shoot dates: March 18th-20th 2026.
Each role will only be required for one day's filming.

Seeking actors - ideally local to Portsmouth - but will consider performers from further afield and will pay travel expenses in addition to fee.

We have received applications already and are processing them, but are still keen to hear from actors fitting the following descriptions:

Role 1
Male, no beard, short hair, fit and healthy physique
Military serviceman-type
Age range: 40s-50s
Ethnicity: White/British

Role 2:
Female, mother character
Age range: 35-45
Ethnicity: Mixed heritage/ethnicity

Role 3:
Female child
Age range: 6-10 yrs
Ethnicity: Mixed heritage/ethnicity - NB: same ethnicity/heritage as mum character (and ideally the real-life daughter of our mum).
(NB: Production will comply fully with UK child performance regulations.)

Role 4:
Male, no beard, short hair, fit and healthy physique
Age range: 30s
Ethnicity: White/British
Military serviceman-type

PLEASE NOTE: This is a charity film, but these are paid positions, requiring approximately one day’s filming per role.
