overworked and exhausted ER nurse who is impatient with patients, including protagonist Julia

CLINIC NURSE – male / 30s-40s
older gentleman who is very by the book and comes across as impatient and desensitised to the protagonist’s issue

MOTHER – late 20s-late 30s
young mother who is pushy with her daughter but cares deeply about her, both maternal and slightly overbearing at the same time
