SALLY (Early 20s)
Young waitress. Warm, optimistic, slightly awkward. Avoids conflict, searching for belonging with fragile confidence.

THE WOMAN (30+)
Confident, self-assured, emotionally distant. Appears in control but driven by denial. Charismatic with a subtle edge.

THE OLD MAN (60s)
Quiet, reflective, burdened by regret. Speaks with weight and honesty. Represents consequence and perspective.

THE DAUGHTER (Early 20s)
