REQUIREMENTS
• Confident handling kitchen tools with accuracy and efficiency
• Able to portray fine-dining technique and discipline, including knife work, plating, and attention to detail
• Prior culinary experience or strong familiarity with professional kitchens is highly desirable
• Must feel credible leading a kitchen and commanding respect in a high-pressure elite environment
• Posh British accent required
