PROJECT:
• Radio GaGa (Student Short Film)

LOGLINE:
In the distant future, four volunteers embark on a mission to discover and populate new planets for Great Britain. As isolation sets in and their spacecraft begins to fail, they must work together to survive.

LOOKING FOR:
JOHN
• Male
• Playing age: 20–30
• A shy but kind bartender from a working-class background seeking purpose and belonging. Views the mission as a chance to start over and become part of history.

AMY
• Female
• Playing age: 20–30
• A highly intelligent NASA spacecraft mechanic from an upper-class family. Professional, hardworking and often blunt, she sees the mission as another career achievement.

CHARLIE
• Male
• Playing age: 20–30
• Loud, brash and arrogant. From a wealthy family, he wants to step out of his father's shadow and believes he deserves recognition.

MARTHA
• Female
• Playing age: 20–30
• Brilliant and highly educated, with multiple PhDs. From a working-class background, she's outspoken, stubborn and determined to return to a simpler life away from politics.

GOVERNMENT JIM
• Male
• Playing age: 40+
• A disgruntled government employee who's spent years in the same job. Uses humour to get through the day but would rather just go home.

NARRATOR (VOICE ONLY)
• Strong, grizzled British voice
• Suitable for a patriotic or propaganda-style narration.
