Friendly, funny and empathetic. Liz quickly becomes one of Max's closest friends and encourages him to trust others and share his experiences.

HEATHER

Warm, caring and reassuring. Heather acts as a calming presence within the facility and helps new patients settle in.

HARRY
Male
Playing Age: 45–60

Confident, intrusive and confrontational. Harry's inappropriate behaviour creates conflict within the facility and pushes Max to confront his anger.
