CASTING CALL – ONLINE FRAUD DOCUMENTARY

PROJECT DETAILS:
A short documentary film for a bank exploring how online scams can affect people's lives. The film will be shown on social media and across the web

SEEKING:
Real people aged 18–35 who have lost money to online fraud and are willing to share their story on camera

BRIEF:
The fraud could involve a fake investment, cryptocurrency, a trading course, a seller who never delivered, a romance scam or another type of online fraud. The amount lost does not matter

PARTICIPANTS:
Partners who have both been affected are also welcome to apply

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be comfortable discussing what happened on camera
No experience required
Real people only, not actors

SHOOT DATE:
Half-day shoot on either 4 or 5 November

LOCATION:
London. Participants based elsewhere may travel to London to take part

COMPENSATION:
£500 per person, plus travel within the M25
