CASTING CALL – LAST MAN STANDING – A SHORT DARK COMEDY

Description

Last Man Standing is a satirical dark comedy exploring the dystopian side of You Tube challenge culture. The story follows a high-energy online "challenge" hosted by a charismatic YouTube influencer, where three economically vulnerable contestants compete in a brutal endurance game for a life-changing cash prize. Humour and horror will blend to create a Black Mirror-esque critique of the exploitative nature of viral content and the capitalist systems that profit from human suffering.

1-2 day shoot depending on role - Sat Nov 18 Sun Nov 2 (production studio in the Bristol area).

ROLES

Presenter (MrBeast-style host):

Male, early to mid 20s, charismatic, high-energy performer, must be able to do an American accent.

2 x Young Male Contestants, 1 x Older Male Contestant:

Strong emotional range, comfortable with satire and physical acting (no stunts beyond safe, choreographed actions). Must be able to do an American accent.
