Tom – Male, 13–16. Quiet, sensitive, emotionally intense. Must portray fear, anger, and vulnerability.

Student 2 – Male, 14–16. Second bully. Follower type, smug, intimidating.

Student 3 – Male, 14–16. Third bully. Snarky, confident.

Tom’s mother – Female, 30–50. Loving, anxious, strong emotional range.

Ella (Tom’s sister) – Female, 14–18. Independent, sarcastic, but caring underneath.

Jason – Male, 13–16. Gentle, observant, calm presence.

Teacher – Male, 25–50. Focused, strict, caring.
