RYAN (playing age 17–19) – Quiet, loyal, morally tested young man. The story is largely told through Ryan’s emotional POV. (Included for character context only.)

PABLO (playing age 20–23) – LEAD / CO-LEAD
Male, Glasgow accent. Loud, cocky, charming but dangerous. Slightly older influence on Ryan. Heavy screen time. Underneath the bravado is paranoia, desperation, and manipulation. Must balance humour with menace and feel authentic, not caricature.

STACEY (playing age 17–19) – SUPPORTING
Female, Glasgow accent. Outspoken, emotionally conflicted, vulnerable but defensive. Strong confrontation scenes.

COURTNEY (playing age 23–26) – SUPPORTING
Female, Glasgow accent. Grounded, perceptive, moral compass. Limited screen time, high impact.
