CASTING CALL – ITV RACING SHOOT (PAID – ITV Equity Rate)

Description

Casting extras for an ITV Racing shoot taking place at Cheltenham Racecourse on Saturday 24th January. This footage will be used for a piece airing during the Cheltenham Festival.

A group of 5–10 people is required to portray a crowd reacting to last year’s dramatic Champion Hurdle. The focus is on capturing a range of genuine emotions experienced during the race — passion, excitement, nerves, despair and joy. Applicants should be comfortable shouting, reacting and jumping around on camera.

Looking for:
— Primarily women of any age
— Men aged 30–50

Location: Cheltenham Racecourse
Date: Saturday 24th January 2026

Details:
— Arrival at the racecourse between 8:30–9:00am for a 9:00am start
— Filming expected to finish by approximately 2:00pm
— Dress as if attending the races
— Travel to the location independently (parking pass provided)
— Refreshments provided
