• Homeless, reactive, impulsive
• Not a criminal — just unlucky
• Chaotic but sympathetic

Andy
• Male, 45–60
• Old-school gangster
• Controlled but volatile
• Power-driven, authoritative

Jonah
• Male, early–mid 30s
• Aggressive, approval-seeking
• Ambitious but not as sharp as he thinks

Max
• Male, 10–13
• Observant, intelligent
• Cunning with a mischievous edge
