PROJECT
Looking for 6 participants for a documentary following six young Black people as they learn to swim while exploring the historical and social reasons why many Black people have been excluded from swimming and bodies of water

LOOKING FOR
6 participants

REQUIREMENTS
Aged 18–30
Identify as Black
Live in the London Borough of Waltham Forest
Available on weekends throughout September and October
Happy to have your swimming journey filmed
No previous swimming experience required
Complete beginners are encouraged to apply

DETAILS
Participants will take part in 9 free weekly swimming sessions and additional focus groups
Those with personal stories connected to bodies of water are particularly encouraged to apply
