LAILA:
Female, playing age late 20s
Volatile. Fragile beneath the anger. A young woman struggling with the effects of black magic. Emotionally demanding role

LAILA'S MOTHER:
Female, playing age 50+
Exhausted. Devoted. A mother desperate to save her daughter. Strong, emotional supporting role

KASIM:
Male, playing age late 20s
Terrified. Fighting something nobody else can see. A very physical and emotionally intense role

TARIQ:
Male, playing age late 20s
Steady. Loyal. Refuses to leave his friend. Protective and determined

DISABLED MAN:
Male, playing age 50s
Uses a walking stick. Dignified despite everything. A powerful supporting role. Disabled actors encouraged to apply
