PRODUCTION:
Short film titled Ghost of You, a psychological drama exploring identity, regret and the frightening possibility of becoming the person you believe you were meant to be.

The film follows Kenneth, a seemingly successful family man whose life begins to unravel after he is prescribed medication that allows him to see visions of an alternate version of himself the person he could have become. As these visions become increasingly vivid and difficult to distinguish from reality, Kenneth becomes consumed by the life he believes he should have had.

Told through a series of interviews and increasingly unsettling memories, the story explores the consequences of obsession, the fragility of perception, and the question of whether becoming your "better self" is always the best thing

Kenneth is a family man, who loves his wife & young daughter, they are his whole world. Hes has a high paying corporate job which is enjoys and thrives in.

He struggles with depression from missed opportunities in his youth, this leads to him being given strong prescription drugs, which eventually cause him to blur the lines between reality and make-believe

JACKSON WILLIAMS – lead role

Jackson is a public defender, although not by choice. He was pressured into his career as a result of his Father's high expectations, causing their relationship to fall apart over the years along with the rest of his family.

He lives alone and doesn't care for himself or his home. His life is slowly falling apart when a difficult case pulls him even further down.

FRANCESCA – supporting role

Francesca is Kenneth's wife, they have been together for ten years, having met as teenagers during college. They share a young daughter, Tilly who they dote over. Francesca is a caring mother and wife who takes care of everything.

TILLY – supporting role
Female
Playing age 4–7
Any ethnicity
Tilly is the young daughter of Kenneth and Francesca, she is five years old and full of life. She is a daddy's girl, she loves to draw, frequently showing Kenneth her creations.

Applicants must be able to drive and have access to a car due to rural locations

Kenneth – £150 flat fee
Jackson Williams – £150 flat fee
Francesca – £50 flat fee, half-day filming
Tilly – payment to be discussed upon licensing
