A powerful youth short film exploring healthy and unhealthy relationships, abuse, consent, misogyny and misandry

SEEKING:
Merseyside-based young actors playing age 16–19

ROLE
Young men to portray gay male lead characters

Young women to portray lesbian supporting characters

Young men to portray a range of supporting characters

LOCATION
Wirral/Liverpool, Merseyside

SHOOT DATE(S)
The week of 26th–30th October 2026

COMPENSATION
Unpaid role. Compensation will include show reels, national exposure through film and social media campaign, expenses and refreshments

OTHER DETAILS
LGBTQ+ applicants are particularly welcome, although nobody will be expected to disclose their sexuality

Actors applying for the gay male and female roles simply need to feel comfortable portraying the characters and relationships respectfully

No professional acting experience is essential. Confidence, reliability and natural acting ability are most important
