The new girl in the big city. Having left her home to prove a point to her parents, the impulsive Jelly stresses her way helping her friends through their life problems, unsure of what she’s good at. With her citizenship in the balance, can she find her dreams before reality does?

Monroe

The allusive and contemplative Monroe is a beloved player in the Hackney hipster art circuit. Not only because of his beautiful work but often because he is overly praised by white counterparts in ways that feel disingenuous and tokenising. This often puts him at odds with his desire to make money and have better resources, and his yearning for his work to be seen by the right people

The punk with a heart of gold, underneath his stolen clothes. The chaotic activist and pirate radio host knows only his love of the city and the enemies he believes are willing to ruin it. As he deals with the threat of gentrification, existentialism in a capitalist society and putting milk before cereal, these fairly innocent thoughts often manifest into ridiculous side quests around the notorious city
