RALPH
Male, playing age 20s–30s. He has been through something awful and acts like it doesn’t bother him, but he is falling apart behind closed doors. The role requires a transition from guarded and sarcastic to a full emotional breakdown. Actor should be comfortable with crying and some physical scenes.

MEL
Female, playing age 20s–30s. Ralph’s partner. She is kind, loyal and strong, but angry and scared about how he is handling things. The role involves tense, emotional scenes and building real dread.
