Daily Activities:

  • 30 min cardio (if possible)
  • 30 min acting and voice exercises (tutorial provided)
  • Read and memorize one monologue (monologue provided)
  • Read 5 pages of a non-fiction book (book suggestions provided)

Weekly Movie Challenge:

  • Watch one movie four times:
  • Normal viewing
  • With reading the screenplay
  • Without audio
  • Without video
  • Professional Development: Attend 3 auditions daily (daily updates provided)

Social Interaction:

  • Engage in a 30-min conversation with another participant daily (community inclusion)

Observation Skills:

  • Daily practice of observing at least one individual or character (suggestions provided)

Creative Output:

  • Write one page every day (anything about you or your thoughts)

Health and Hydration:

  • Consume 3 liters of water daily
  • Follow a clean eating routine
  • Sleep Well: Ensure a refreshing 7 hours of sleep nightly
