Actors are sought for a series of short-form narrative film projects based in Plymouth.
Roles Available
Louis โ Male, mid to late 20s
Louis believes art is survival. Music, painting and cinema are not hobbies but necessities. He plays local bars, street corners and any place that will listen, still waiting for recognition. Calm and level-headed on the surface, he carries impatience and a hunger for something bigger than himself. Confident yet internally lost, Louis knows who he wants to be but has no clear path to get there.
Meeting รmilie shifts his world. Their bond is immediate and unguarded, offering relief rather than naรฏvetรฉ. As their connection deepens, Louis is forced to confront whether love supports or threatens the truth he lives by.
รmilie โ Female, mid to late 20s
รmilie is grounded and emotionally mature. Art matters deeply to her, but as a means to sustain life rather than consume it. A bass player on the local bar circuit, she is warm, quietly confident and guarded. Beneath this exterior is a constant drive for self-preservation, choosing security over risk and pulling away when emotional costs feel too high.
Louis becomes a sense of home and safety, allowing รmilie to imagine something more. As his ambition grows, she must question whether the price of staying is greater than the risk of leaving.
