The film follows a young professional mourner, Lola, who is attending the funeral for a young man she has never met.
Therefore, we are looking for people of all ages to act as funeral mourners.
Location: Southbourne, Dorset

Ideally, we are looking for talent based in Southbourne, Christchurch, Bournemouth & the surrounding areas.

The embodiment of obliviousness. The protagonist’s younger sister who recently left home for university.
DENISE

Phil’s mother and the family’s matriarch. Quietly undermines Linda for never fitting the life she envisioned for her darling son.
DENNIS
Male | Playing Age: 60–70
A loyal, unquestioning husband to Denise and Phil’s father. Obediently upholds Denise’s vision of a perfect family.

EDINBURGH | STUDENT SHORT FILM
Life Bride follows Celeste, an aspiring artist who is blocked creatively. It’s a story of growth and self-discovery set in Edinburgh.
We are looking to cast three female roles:
CELESTE • Lead • Female • Playing age: 20s.
Young aspiring artist. She lacks self-confidence and feels she has fallen behind her peers. We encourage anyone with dance/movement experience to apply for this role.
