Role: Wren
Playing age: 18–28
Ethnicity: Open to all
Pay: £200 per day (paid role)
About the Role:
Wren carries a soft vulnerability with a sharp, comedic edge that can pivot into something darker and psychotic. The character has lived through trauma and is trying to get back into the rhythm of life by taking a night job at a fish factory. She expects basic decency, but is repeatedly let down. Wren endures as long as possible until she finally snaps — spectacularly.
Before that breaking point, she is tender, guarded and quietly funny.
Character Notes / Requirements:

Ideally petite (not essential)
Particularly encouraging neurodiverse and disabled actors
Wild/cold swimming experience, or willingness to learn (major bonus)
Must be non-squeamish and comfortable around birds (essential)
