An unmotivated stoner misguidedly hunts for purpose after experiencing the euphoric taste of the perfect pie.

Gelato is the loyal friend of protagonist Chew. Grounded and level-headed, he often acts as the voice of reason and keeps Chew in check.

The Baker is mysterious and communicates through their surroundings rather than speaking. They began baking after the death of their mother and have baked a pie every year in her honour. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the ritual.
