MAMMA • Supporting • Female • Playing age: 40+
Celeste’s mother. Kind and supportive. She encourages Celeste to be independent. Italian speaking role.

The turnaround on this project is going to be very quick as the core production team is moving on to long-term projects within the next five weeks. All roles are open to ethnicity.
Nicholas — 30s, male-presenting. Flirty, flops upwards, wouldn’t know an insult if it smacked him in the face. Self-absorbed. Jake Peralta but bitchy rather than charming.
Danny — 18, male-presenting. English. Mousey, giving major Michael Cera vibes. Every day is his first day at work.
Siobhan — 18–20, female-presenting / non-binary. Scheme-chic. Ditzy but dead, pure loveable. Hard exterior but a big softy at heart. Ultimate Cancer energy.
Goose — Non-binary. Chaotic neutral. Does things for the plot. Casual, nonchalant. Trauma with a straight face. Conor/Niamh from London Irish vibes.
Nadia — Late 20s / early 30s, female-presenting. Sarcastic, grounded. Very Rosa Diaz coded. Ultimate cool girl with an endless supply of leather jackets.

DION
A young, eager intern at Oliver’s studio. Naive, hardworking, and desperate to prove himself as an original designer. Talented but inexperienced, Dion’s optimism makes him vulnerable in an industry built on ego and exploitation. He idolises the fashion world and believes hard work and originality will be enough to succeed. Dion begins innocent, eager, and positive, and gradually transforms into someone capable of dark actions when cornered.
MICAH
A young junior assistant in Oliver’s fashion studio. Talented, stylish, and seemingly confident, but jaded by the industry. Uses sarcasm as a shield. Has been in Oliver’s studio long enough to understand how exploitative and chaotic it is. Knows Oliver’s reputation, recognises the brand is failing, and understands that interns are disposable. Mocks Dion’s naivety out of jealousy for his optimism and innocence.
OLIVER
The antagonist. A designer whose career is slipping away. Manipulative and desperate to maintain control as he loses relevance. Swings between charm, cruelty, and predatory behaviour to keep people obedient. Sees Dion as easy to manipulate, while Micah barely registers to him.
LORENZO RICCI
A world-famous designer: theatrical, untouchable, and magnetic. Moves through the world with entitlement born from lifelong worship. Treats shock value as artistry and surrounds himself with sycophants, with no concept of boundaries. Both comic and terrifying. To Dion, Lorenzo represents everything glamorous and aspirational about the industry, while only a few see who he truly is.
