Relapse follows two young brothers whose once-close bond unravels under the weight of addiction. As Oliver sinks deeper into self-destruction, Joseph struggles to reach the brother he's already losing. In the end, their love becomes both the cause of their pain and the echo that remains after everything else fades.
Oliver
Male, aged early 20s
A troubled young man caught in the depths of addiction. Once a caring and protective older brother, Oliver's warmth and happiness have been replaced by guilt and dependency. He's emotionally raw, unpredictable, and fragile.
A man torn between the memory of who he was and the reality of what he's become.
Joseph
Male, aged early 20s
Oliver's younger brother. Grounded, compassionate, and quietly resilient. He's the emotional anchor of the story – a man trying to save his brother without losing himself in the process. Joseph masks his pain with humour and a laid-back charm, but beneath that is heartbreak and helplessness.
Filming 11th, 12th, and 13th November in Lincoln.
