Particularly interested in hearing from those who have felt misunderstood or struggled to ‘fit in’
We want to tell a story informed by real life experience therefore are looking for queer actors only, representation is very important to the crew and queer indentifying co-directors

‘Match’ – UWE Graduate Film

Match is a romantic/comedic silent film that follows a young man as he enters the world of modern dating. Looking for young talented actors who are interested in telling new stories.

In addition to our main cast we’re seeking three female actors to play alternative dates for our protagonist. Also seeking a number of background actors for the main shoot

Catering will be provided on set.

Jack (21-24)
Caucasian, brown hair, 5’10-6’1
An introverted young man, a little naive and inexperienced but ultimately an optimistic and honest person.

Ivana (22-25)
Caucasian, 5’3-5’7
Talkative, passionate, unpredictable. A
young woman interested in exploring new

Matt Sharp: an insecure 21-year-old adult male, also ex of Chloe, struggles with his past but has ambitions to someday be a successful musician.

Nate Lunettes: A laid back 27-year-old adult male, current partner of Ellie, inspired by the early 00’s hip-hop/scene he enjoys the chill life andnprefers staying in with who matters rather than going out.

Chloe Demori: A moral focused 21-year-old adult female, ex of Matt and
sister of Ellie, a wild card Chloe hates the systems behind university but goes through it to achieve her goal any way she can.


Ellie Demori: A loving yet haunted person 27-year-old female, the centre of the group and the one with all the charisma yet she’s held back emotionally by the sad death of her mother.

Location is Derby
