Auditions will be held on Friday 24th March at the Headgate Theatre from 7:45pm – 10:00pm. (Parking is not available so we suggest St Mary’s Car Park or Vineyard Street Car Park)

The auditions will be in a workshop format. Scripts will be provided on the day.

Production days will be between mid-April to early-May. Definite days are negotiable based on actor availability.

Lewis is looking for a cast of seven:

Shawn – (late 30s to mid 40s)
Shawn is a playwright who returns home, looking for inspiration for his next great work.

Colm – (mid to late 40s)
Colm is Shawn’s older brother. While Shawn went off to follow his dreams, Colm had to stay to look after his mother.

Sheila – (late 30s to mid 40s)
Sheila is Shawn’s childhood friend and Colm’s wife.

Patrick & Poppy – (early to late 60s)
Patrick & Poppy are a couple that run a theatre/bar together. When Shawn was young they supported him and his dreams.

Harvey – (early to mid 20s)
Harvey is a young lad who has the desire to become an actor.

Richy – (mid to late 40s)
Richy is Colm’s friend. Unlike Colm, he is a lot less composed.
