Private Jack Melley – A Rifleman in the British Eighth Army, Melley has returned to the front line after suffering mental distress trying to secure the railway at Snakeshead Ridge. Cleared by the Doctor, Melley returns to the line not the man he was and hiding a tortuous secret. (Playing Age: 24 – 30 years old)
Private Clifford Merrick – A Rifleman in the British Eighth Army, Merrick shares a dugout with Melley and seeks to make it through the war so as to fix his strained relationship with his father. (Playing Age: 24-30 years old)
Lucia Toro – An Italian civilian and Ambulance Driver, Lucia is just twenty one years old and has seen her home destroyed. As well as this Lucia is a mother to a young son. (Playing Age: 20-25 years old. Ability to perform an Italian Accent required. Knowledge of Italian language preferred but not essential.)
