ACTORS WANTED FOR ROLES IN STUDENT HORROR FILM, SHOOTING AT EDGE HILL UNIVERSITY, ORMSKIRK, LANCASHIRE, L39 4QP.
ROLES:
PROTAGONIST: Female aged 18-30. “Final Girl”, any ethnicity. Actor must be comfortable with lots of physical acting – this includes presenting dramatic fear, and the ability to act paralysed to replicate sleep paralysis.
DOCTOR: Male aged 25-40+. Tall and white. Sinister and intimidating. Partially a “mad scientist” but he is more about the thrill of watching the protagonist suffer.
PATIENTS 1 & 2: Preferably female but can be any gender or ethnicity, aged 18-30. They are monotonous and there to make the protagonist more fearful of the situation. Actors also used to create visual effects that produce the protagonist’s dark hallucinations (sleep paralysis).
AVAILABLE FOR EVENING AND NIGHT SHOOTS BETWEEN END OF MARCH TO MID-APRIL.
