Lillian Female 22-25

A girl who grew up in an orphanage, her only friend was Dean from kindergarten. Never having experienced love, she struggles to understand it but yearns for the happiness of a family. Her dream is to save enough money to go to a place with tulips and windmills, where Dean’s family lived.
Running a small shop, she primarily makes a living through deceit, adept at gaining trust and manipulating others. Outgoing and always smiling for her schemes, she often questions the morality of her actions but prioritizes her dreams over her sense of justice. After meeting Joanna, her desire to go to the Netherlands starts to waver.
Though she loves to laugh and seems easygoing, she feels insecure and longs for a kind and safe environment.

Joanna Female 60
Joanna raised her granddaughter alone after her daughter married and divorced far away, leaving the granddaughter in her care. Her granddaughter used to mean everything to Joanna, and she misses her deeply. When Lillian appears, she reminds Joanna of her granddaughter. Despite knowing Lillian is a con artist, Joanna chooses to believe in her goodness and feels compassion for her plight.
Joanna is quiet, friendly, loyal, and considerate, always thinking of others and attentive to their feelings. She speaks in a gentle tone and is courageous in protecting those she loves.

Joanna owns her own house and a storefront in the UK. She enjoys studying Chinese tea culture and reading books in her free time. Her feelings towards Lillian are primarily those of compassion and pity. Although she disapproves of Lillian’s deceitful lifestyle, she understands the pain Lillian carries within.
As a landlord, Joanna is polite, just, and quietly strong. She has a deep sense of justice and is adept at understanding and helping others.
